NFL Sports Betting Bet Types - Head to Head and Moneyline
Head to Head / Moneyline
A straight two-way competition, usually without the draw being offered. If the event is drawn or otherwise tied the dead heat rule applies and bets are paid at half face value of the ticket.
Example: NFL (American Odds)
| Moneyline | ||
|---|---|---|
| Miami | -160 | |
| Buffalo | +260 | |
If you wager on Miami -160 at Buffalo +260. If Miami wins then you would lay $160 to win $100. If the player bet on Buffalo then the player would lay $100 to win $260.
